1.1 Scope of application
GT-GIS-12 inflatable high-voltage switchgear is independently developed by our company. It utilizes dry air as the insulating medium and is primarily used for power distribution in power plants, substations of power transmission and transformation systems, and distribution in industrial and mining enterprises. It is also suitable for use in high humidity (or condensation), high altitude, and polluted environments, where it performs control, protection, and monitoring functions.
1.2 Installation conditions
Ambient temperature: Upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃
Altitude: 4000m and below; negotiable for altitudes above 4000m or other special usage conditions
Environmental humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤95%?Average relative humidity ≤90%
Workplace: There are no explosive or corrosive gases in the surrounding air, and the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations or shocks
Electromagnetic interference: The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system is ≤1.6kV
Note: Special usage conditions, when exceeding normal usage conditions, shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.
1.3 Product Features and Structure
■ Strong environmental adaptability
The live part is enclosed in a metal gas box with a protection level of IP67, effectively reducing the impact of the environment on it. It can be used in areas with relatively severe pollution and humidity
■ Modular design
It features a small size, compact structure, and convenient operation and maintenance. Its volume is only 3/5 of a conventional air cabinet, reducing the footprint. Additionally, it boasts excellent insulation performance and can pass insulation tests in a normal pressure environment
■ Integrated design
The integrated design that combines circuit breakers, disconnectors, and earthing switches results in a more compact and concise structure
■ Intelligent control technology
It can achieve remote operation and control, meeting the requirements of unattended operation
